It's a ponytail... with a twist! Try this gorgeous swirled look when you need a touch of glamour – perfect for the holidays or special events! Follow along as Stylist Tran, from Chatters Creekside in Calgary, shows you how to style long hair into a twisted updo using products from Paul Mitchell!

Step 1: Prep hair with Clean Beauty Repair Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-in Treatment

Step 2: Once hair is prepped and dry, tie up in a ponytail. If you have short hair, but love this look, no problem! Try a Pony Up Ponytail Wrap – it's an easy-to-use hair extension piece that makes your ponytail longer in a snap! 

Step 3: Apply generous amounts of the Extra-Body Sculpting Foam on the roots 

Step 4: Brush through with a teasing brush and retie your pony 

Step 5: Take a small strand from the back of your pony and spray with Extra-Body Finishing Hairspray

Step 6: Wrap around the pony and dry in place 

Step 7: Divide your ponytail in two equal parts and twist one over the other

Step 8: Pull a little after every few twists to fatten the twist and secure with an elastic

Step 10: Use a flat iron to create waves for the front section
