Our headquarters are located in Red Deer, Alberta and Mississauga, Ontario. The Red Deer HQ boasts a 26,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility that supports all logistics and e-commerce fulfillment, allowing for flexibility, agility and self-sufficiency. Our Mississauga HQ is located on the 4th floor of a brand new building located in the central GTA, providing office space and access to a fully equipped gym for all our Ontario head office employees.

To help, we've created Style Consciously; a tool to make mindful shopping choices easier. Style Consciously is broken down into four pillars: clean, cruelty-free, vegan and sustainable. Each pillar has its own clearly defined guidelines developed to help you choose cleaner, greener, kinder products and brands.
Earth-friendly Services
Together with Green Circle Salons, Chatters is able to divert up to 95% of beauty waste from landfills.
Fun fact - not only guests leave Chatters feeling refreshed. Everyday waste like hair clippings, aluminum foil and beverage cans get a makeover too! In addition to beauty waste, this partnership allows Chatters to recycle single use materials such as masks, gloves and face shields.
Inclusive Service Menus
Beauty has no boundaries.
Chatters offers an inclusive service menu, providing genderless haircuts and services to every customer. Haircut prices are determined by the length of hair and the amount of time needed to complete the service. Appointments can be booked via the Chatters website and our Stylists & Beauty consultants are always available for support or for a free 15-minute consultation.
