At Chatters, we work hard to create a safe space for our clients and team. We understand the importance of evolving and elevating our practices to be more mindful, inclusive and supportive of everyone. One of the ways we've achieved this is by introducing a gender-free service menu. When you come to one of our salons, you will be offered our gender-free service menu to ensure a positive and memorable experience. Our prices are based on hair length and the amount of time needed for your service, rather than on your gender identity.  We’re excited to provide a more inclusive pricing system for all our customers.

In addition, at some of our newly opened or renovated locations we are also proud to offer a private salon room for customers with specific cultural or sensory needs. Our goal is to add these private salon rooms to more locations in the future to make Chatters a safe and comfortable space for more guests.
