Promo codes are valid for one-time use only, cannot be stacked with other offers, and do not apply to sale items, Moroccanoil, Dermalogica or Bellami products. Discount is applied to applicable items in cart. Items left in your shopping bag are not reserved.

Parcels will ship expedited through Canada Post only. Chatters ships only to Canadian addresses at this time. Orders may arrive in more than one package and on separate days. Chatters Limited Partnership reserves the right to correct, amend, or cancel any promotional offers at any time and without notice.

Please note that all 3 items purchased through the AG Care B2G1 promotion must be returned/exchanged as a set.

Shipping & Returns

    • Due to higher volume, delays may occur during the preparation & delivery of your order.
    • Our postal carrier of choice is Canada Post.
    • Orders are processed 5 days/week.
    • Your cart will show an accurate estimated delivery time at check out, based on your delivery address.   
    • Chatters only ships to Canadian addresses at this time.
    • Our Standard Shipping carrier is Canada Post for all deliveries, in order to accommodate all shipping needs across Canada.  Canada Post will deliver your package to the address indicated on your order. If there is no one available to receive the order, Canada Post will hold your parcel at the closest post office where you will be able to pick it up within a set time frame. In the event the parcel is refused or not picked up within this time frame, it will be sent back to Chatters' Warehouse with the option of re-shipping or refund.
    • Tracking is available through Canada Post and will indicate the estimated delivery date.
    • Express and Priority shipping are usually available at an additional cost.
    • Aerosol and nail polish items are not eligible for air shipping due to government regulated shipping standards.
  • Orders are only shipped on weekdays. Orders can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on your area. See your estimated delivery date in your cart in the shipping screen during checkout. Due to higher volume, delays may occur during the preparation & delivery of your order. We are all working hard to ship your orders as fast and as safely as possible! 

  • While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices, descriptions, and images, Chatters reserves the right to correct errors or misprints, and adjust prices accordingly.

  • Chatters will not be liable for any product sold that has been damaged, rendered defective, or from any injury suffered as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance of the product, or by any operation outside the normal usage parameters as described in the user instructions shipped with the product, or any other external cause.


Chatters' Return Policy

 

We understand that sometimes the product you purchased may not be the right one for you, and we want all of our customers to enjoy a Style Happy experience at Chatters. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help you find the right one. In-store and online purchases are able to be returned between all Chatters locations, provided the below guidelines are met. When returning items ordered online in-store, your online Order Confirmation must be presented. Items ordered online being returned online must be received back to our warehouse prior to the issue of a refund or replacement. Chatters will start an investigation with Canada Post in the case of an undelivered parcel.

A Chatters E Gift Card will be issued for all In-Store purchase returns sent back to our Warehouse that meet all applicable return requirements.

  •  If you are not completely satisfied with a Chatters purchase or gift, Chatters welcomes you to return all liquid products (must be 2/3 full) with proof of purchase (in-store receipt, online order confirmation) for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date.

    Hair Tools may be returned in original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase (in-store receipt, online order confirmation) for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date.

    Please contact Customer Service if there is a defected product in your online order within 30 days. For in-salon purchases, please contact the salon. Anything past 30 days cannot be replaced, returned, nor refunded.

    Any applicable free items (gift with purchase) must accompany your return. Returns without original proof of purchase may be accepted for exchange only. If you are unable to find a suitable exchange product, a gift card may be issued for the current value of the originally purchased product.

    As our goal is to offer the best experience for all Chatters guests, we reserve the right to limit order returns in the case we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Return Policy (such as excessive return transactions, fraud or reseller activity).

    All clearance items are final sale and may vary by location. No exchanges, refunds, or rain checks.

  • Hair Tools with a manufacturer defect can be exchanged with proof of purchase within one year of the original purchase date, at the discretion of Chatters Hair Salon.

  • Personal items such as combs, brushes, nail products, polishes, cosmetics, hair accessories, hair extensions, and opened Home Hair Colour items are final sale and not returnable. Gift Cards are final sale and are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.

  • Online Clearance items and prices are available online only, while quantities last and are final sale. Online return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

    Your online Order Confirmation must be presented when returning items purchased online to one of our salon locations. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $59, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Klarna is now available both online & in-store and can be used for payment of both hair products and hair services. Product purchases made with Klarna can be returned or exchanged online or in-store to select locations if Chatters Return Policy guidelines are met.

  • Online orders paid for with Paypal can be returned or exchanged through our online store only, they are not eligible for a return or exchange in any of our Chatters Hair Salon locations. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items to our warehouse.

Do not return any products to Chatters via air shipment. Aerosol products in pressurized containers and products containing certain chemicals are restricted to ground shipping service only. All returns are subject to approval and at Chatters discretion.
