Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. To use Klarna to pay for your purchase, simply choose Klarna in the checkout. The first payment will be taken from your credit or debit card when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your card 14, 28, and 42 days later.

Use your own valid debit or credit card, or other accepted payment method, to pay (no prepaid cards). The initial payment is charged when the merchant completes your order (this is usually the shipping date for online orders). The next 3 payments are automatically charged every 2 weeks after your first payment. A payment schedule containing the amount for each charge, as well as the date for when it will be charged, will be disclosed to you once the merchant completes your order. Once we receive your final installment payment, this Agreement will be completed. There are no interest charges and no fees with pay later in 4 installments. If you return your goods we will automatically reduce the amount you owe us. If you already paid us for a refunded order, we will refund the balance back to your original payment method. If you have questions about the quality or shipping of your order, please contact the merchant where you made the purchase. The issuer of your payment method may charge interest or fees under your agreement with them. If you have any questions about those charges contact your payment method provider.

Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.

Yes. If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your purchase early, simply log in to Klarna, go to the “Purchases” page, and select “Pay off early.”
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be collected in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging into your Klarna account. If you need extra time to make a payment, simply log in to the Klarna app, go to the “Purchases” page, and select “Extend due date.” If the automatic payment fails, Klarna will try again after 7 days. If this payment also fails, Klarna will make another attempt after a further 7 days (14 days after the date of the first attempt). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s payments product even if you have failed to pay on time.
When you choose to pay in 4 interest-free payments at checkout, Klarna may perform a soft credit check. This type of check will not impact your credit score and it will not show up as a hard inquiry on your credit report.
Online orders placed at chatters.ca and paid for with Klarna can only be returned through our online store. Online purchases paid for through Klarna are not eligible for return in any of our Chatters Hair Salon locations.

If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you a new statement. Simply follow Chatters' return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and Klarna will pause your statement. As soon as Chatters has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.

Follow these steps to return your item: We'll refund your Klarna account if your requested exchange item is not available or the item cost differs from the original cost. Once the warehouse has registered your exchange with Klarna, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. Refund processing times may vary and can take up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution. If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to the same card. Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered with the online store. The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order.
Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact us. Once we have processed the cancellation, Klarna will update your payments accordingly. You can check the status of your payments anytime via Klarna’s site or in your Klarna app. Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please confirm first that your payments have been updated accordingly and check if you might have already been refunded to your original payment method. If 14 days have passed since the issue of credit and you are still missing your refund, please contact Klarna for further support.
If your statement does not match your order details, please contact Klarna directly to correct your statement. Log into your Klarna account and “report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Track your parcel through your Chatters order confirmation for delivery updates, log in to your Klarna account, and “report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.
You do not need to pay for goods that are received damaged, broken, or defective. Follow Chatters' dispute instructions and “report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until the issue is resolved. As soon as Chatters has registered your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
