Start by unlocking your device and registering your warranty via the FAQ Swiss app.

Press the device firmly on the scalp, and slowly glide it in very tight circular motions over one area of the scalp (top, back, right side, left side), until the timer pulses. Then repeat on the next area of the scalp, as required. Turn the device off by pressing and holding the universal power button for 3 seconds.
