• Can I return Clearance Items?

  Because our Clearance items are such great deals, unfortunately these items are final sale

• Why are these items on Clearance?

  The items have been moved to Clearance due to season, packaging and/or formula changes to make room on our shelves for new and exciting items!

• If I am placing an order that includes Clarance items, can I apply discount or promotional codes to my order?

  Unfortunately discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied to Clearance items

• Are these Clearance Items all available in salon as well as online?

  Our Hair Salons have great sales happening as well, however if you see an item you love online, we cannot guarantee a Salon location will have the same item in stock

• The item/items I want to purchase do not have stock available to send, do you offer rainchecks?

  Sadly, most of the items that are featured in our Clearance section are first come first serve, so once they are sold out we will not be able to fulfill any further orders
