Still waiting

I ordered my items online over 2 weeks ago and have still not received them. I believe it's the fault of Canada Post but I'm still waiting for Chatters to actually ship the subsequent package and it's been 2 days since the screw up. I believe they shoud have sent out the replacement package right away. Not the best online shopping experience I've ever had.
