Chatters Rewards FAQ 

  • You can join Chatters Rewards in-store at any of our locations or online at www.chatters.ca. You’ll need your name, email, phone number, birthdate, and a password to create a member account. 

  • Anyone 18+ residing in Canada. Businesses, resellers, groups, or employees are not eligible. 

  • If you sign up in store, you will receive an email with a link to complete your enrollment by creating your member account. You have 30 days to complete your enrollment online and receive points from your initial store purchase. 

  • Make sure you are opted in to email and/or SMS communications to receive the latest updates about the Chatters Rewards Program, member promotions, new products, and more!  

  • Members earn 10 points per $1 on eligible product and service purchases. No points are earned on gift cards, taxes, green circle fees, tips, or shipping. 

  • Yes. Watch for limited-time offers to earn more points with every purchase! 

  • Yes - after 365 days of inactivity. To keep your account active, you simply need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or claim your birthday offer. 

  • 2,500 points = $5 off 

    5,000 points = $10 off 

    12,500 points = $25 off 

  • You can redeem your points for reward redemptions ($5, $10, or $25) on eligible product purchases.  

  • Yes, a point redemption for $5, $10, or$25 off can be used in the same transaction as other promotions.  

  • Points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred or combined with another person’s account.

  • Yes. Your subtotal must be at least $5 before taxes. There is a maximum of one redemption per transaction. 

  • Yes. Since we will have your birthday in your profile, you’ll receive a special birthday offer during your birthday month. To qualify for a birthday reward, you must be a member of the program for at least seven days prior to your birthday. 

  • You will receive an email when you are eligible to claim your birthday offer - don’t forget to opt-in to marketing communications!

  • You can check your point balance when you are signed into your member account online. If you are in store, simply ask a team member to look up your point balance at the register.

  • Contact customer service at customerservice@chatters.ca or text 1-587-507-8788 if points don’t appear in my member account after 24 hours.

  • If you return a product that you previously earned points on, the points, including bonus points, will be deducted from your member account and you will receive back the full amount paid for the item. 

  • Neither the Chatters rewards points deducted from the account at time of redemption or the $5 off discount will be refunded. You will get refunded the amount you paid for the item.  

  • Yes, it is possible for your points balance to become negative if your points balance isn't high enough after returning an item where points were earned.

  • Members must Contact customer service at customerservice@chatters.ca or text 1-587-507-8788 to make any changes to your member profile information.

  • Yes. You can close your account by contacting customer service at customerservice@chatters.ca or text 1-587-507-8788. Points will expire after 365 days of no activity.

  • Your privacy is our priority. We take privacy seriously and have a number of security measures in place to keep customer Chatters Rewards information safe. We only use Chatters Rewards information to enhance customer experience and offer personalized rewards. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, and we do not store credit card information. You can access your personal information at any time and request changes or that your information be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
