Super Short Curls & Coils

 From barely-there hair to a-little-longer, cropped curls are super cool for the summer. How short you trim it is up to you! 

Get The Look:

Step One: Wash hair using Verb Curl Shampoo and Conditioner

Step Two: Spritz Unite 7Seconds Detangler throughout hair

Step Three: Using your fingers, rake Moroccanoil Curl Defining Cream throughout hair

Step Four: Refine any curls by adding product to your fingers and twisting the curls around to add definition

Step Five: Scrunch the hair using paper towel or an old t-shirt to remove excess moisture

Step Six: Add more moisture or hold as needed by scrunching the hair

Step Seven: Let hair air dry up to 80% before diffusing

Exaggerated Parts and Effortless Waves

Easy, breezy waves are always in – this season they are more effortless than ever. Try creating them with a deep waver or triple barrel iron for a more rippled wave effect and pair with a deep side part. Voila! The look of the summer has been served.

Get The Look:

Step One: On dry hair, apply AG Hair Firewall heat protector spray

Step Two: Using a tail comb, create an exaggerated part in the desired area

Step Three: Using the Drybar Mixologist Interchangeable Styling Iron with the waver attachment, section hair into clean, 3-inch (7.5 cm) sections. Hold the tool horizontally, press to open the clamp and capture the top of the hair section between the barrels and clamp. Release clamp and hold in place for several seconds until desired definition is achieved. Open the clamp and move down the section. Repeat until the whole section is waved. For a deeper, more defined wave, keep the section clamped a few seconds longer

Take a simple style from day-to-night easily with this sleek wet look. Extra points for colouring a money piece at the front to give it an extra pop!

Get The Look:

Step One: Spray Drybar Hot Toddy Heat Protectant Mist onto dry hair

Step Two: Using a tail comb, create exaggerated side part on desired side

Step Three: Apply Redken Guts 10 along the hairline from the part to the ear, starting with a 1” section
